Los verbos modales: Should y ought to

"Should" y "ought to" poseen significados similares y se puede utilizar cualquiera de los dos verbosen muchas situaciones prácticas:

You ought to / should do what you want.
Debes hacer lo que deseas.

You should / ought to go and see that house. It's really pretty and cheap.
Deberías ir a ver esa casa.

B) I should have / ought to have paid the bill.

+ infinitivo. En inglés, sólo es posible la forma compuesta; "should" + "have" + participio pasado:

A) He should have / ought to have finished it before.
Debió terminarlo antes.

B) I should have / ought to have paid the bill.
Debí pagar la factura.
